Joshua Stegeman

Joshua Stegeman is a 29 year old double lung transplant recipient who suffers from cystic fibrosis.  He received his lung transplant on June 2, 2005 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital.  He graduated from Christian Brothers College High School located in St. Louis , Missouri in 1996.  He earned a bachelor's degree in political science, and three minors in chemistry, biology, and mathematics from the University of Missouri-St. Louis Pierre Laclede Honors College in 2001.  After marrying his wonderful wife in June 2001, he entered law school in August 2001.  He was awarded his Juris Doctorate from Saint Louis University School of Law in 2005.  He is licensed to practice law in Missouri and Illinois .  He currently works for the downtown litigation law firm Brown and James, P.C.  He has served on the St. Louis Second Wind Lung Walk Committee since 2006.
