Bill Rozen is the Public Relations/Communications Advisor for Second Wind-St. Louis. A St. Louis-based specialist in PR, Media Relations, Special Events and Marketing, Rozen honed his skills with the Atlanta Falcons’ PR Department, the St. Louis Rams’ Community Outreach Team and the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Western PA.  

Rozen currently works on a freelance basis for a diverse group of clients, including Second Wind. He is charged with helping to define and shape their brands, creating and managing their marketing strategies, building awareness and garnering media attention. Personal interests include live music, travel and playing guitar.
